  2. Start building your Company Profile
  3. Invite the people you know to become members of Venture Bonsai
  4. Add team members to your company, including co-founders and members of the board

  6. Update your followers concerning the important aspects of your company’s development (this is seen by all followers)

When you’re ready to start “Preparing for an investment round”

  1. Select “Start Preparing for investment round”
  2. You can at any time request to get professional help with any part of the process
  3. Answer the questions concerning the Business Plan (same questions will be answered for the Elevator Pitch on the Video as well)
  4. Follow the instructions to create “Vendor Due Diligence”, also known as “Company Health Check” and have it verified by a Venture Bonsai certified third party lawyer
  5. Preferably, create the Elevator Pitch on the Video and Investor Pitch on the Video
  6. Upload the marketing material for you round, like the informal Information Memorandum and/or company material
  7. Follow the instructions to upload the necessary legal documents and information

After the Investment Round is reviewed and accepted, you’re all set to start getting crowdfunded!

  2. Any of the followers may indicate to want to become a Prospective Investor for your round
  3. You can accept or reject any of their requests
  4. Any of the Prospective Investors may ask you questions, which is recommended you respond to
  5. This Social Due Diligence expands the Vendor Due Diligence, also keeping all the Prospective Investors up-to-date with the answers
  6. You may write updates to the Prospective Investors concerning the financing round (this information is not shown to other followers)
  7. Any Prospective Investor may invest in your company (this process taken care by Venture Bonsai as well)
